Honda Personal Contract Hire (PCP)

Personal Contract Purchase is a flexible funding solution that delivers peace of mind by guaranteeing a future value for your car. PCP is designed to keep your monthly payments lower compared to other types of financing like Hire Purchase.

How Does Honda PCP Work?

PCP allows you to keep your monthly repayments lower by deferring a proportion of the credit to the end of the agreement, as well as giving you the flexibility of three options at the end of the agreement.

Honda HR-V Hybrid Advance Style

Step 1

Firstly, Choose the Honda that you want.

Need help? Explore the new Honda range and find the perfect fit for you.

Honda Jazz Hybrid Crosstar Offside Rear

Step 2

Decide on how much of a deposit you want to put down.

Estimate your annual mileage and consider how long you would like your agreement to be.

Honda e Side

Step 3

We will then use this information to calculate a Guaranteed Future Value [GFV].

This is what we predict the value of your car to be worth at the end of the agreement.

Honda CR-V Hybrid

Step 4

Your monthly payments are worked out on the difference between the GFV and the price of the car once your deposit has been taken off and interest added.

This means you have lower, fixed monthly repayments.

What Are Your Options When Your PCP Ends?

When it comes to the end of your agreement, you will have three options to choose from:

1. Retain

You can keep the car. Pay the GFV and the option to purchase fee, and you will own the car outright.

2. Return

You can hand the car back to us without paying the GFV. Mileage and condition of car will be looked at.

3. Renew

You can part-exchange your car, then start looking for your next Honda.

Honda Hire Purchase (HP)

Hire Purchase is another finance product offered by Honda Financial Services, allowing you to budget effectively because the interest rate and monthly payments are fixed at the start for the whole term of the agreement.

How Does Honda HP Work?

1. Choose the Honda you want

2. Agree on how much deposit you would like to put down.

3. Once you have paid all the monthly payments and the option to purchase fee, you own the car.

4. You could then choose to come back to us and part exchange your car for another new Honda.

GAP Insurance

What is guaranteed asset protection (GAP) insurance? One of the best products to keep your mind at ease in the case of any unfortunate circumstances occurring.

We believe you should not lose out in the unfortunate event that your car is written-off or stolen.GAP Insurance is a way to give you peace of mind.

GAP Insurance will cover you for the difference between your car’s insurance company’s valuation in the open market and the price you paid for it. As a result, you don’t lose out and you are in a position to replace your car with one of an equivalent value or, pay off the outstanding balance of your finance agreement, whichever is the greater amount.
