New Car Delivery Times

With recent shortages in semiconductor chips and components, the automotive industry has been hit hard, leading to longer wait times when ordering a new car. This includes the Honda and Suzuki brands that we proudly represent across our Plymouth and Cornwall dealerships here at Rowes.

To ensure clarity and peace of mind throughout the new car buying process, we've provided information on the current landscape when it comes to upgrading to a brand new Honda or Suzuki car with us. This information forms a guide only. For the most-up-to-date information, please contact your local Rowes dealership and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist with your enquiry.

Part Exchange Valuation

One of the biggest changes when it comes to semiconductor shortages is managing your part exchange valuation. If you have placed a deposit to order a new car, the mileage of your current car will be increasing until your brand new car arrives. Moreover, the condition of the car could change due to dents, dings and scrapes. To simplify this process and ensure the most accurate valuation when you part exchange, we will appraise it twice. Firstly, at the point of order and secondly, nearer the time of your new car's arrival. The valuation of your current car is affected by the used car market, meaning that the price we are prepared to pay can increase, stay the same, or in some instances decrease. We pride ourselves on delivering customer service excellence and no pushy sales. Put simply, if you aren't satisfied with the valuation of your car, you can simply cancel your order and we will refund your deposit.
